Unbundle PowerArchiver 2018 from PowerArchiver 2018 Toolbox

Unbundle PowerArchiver 2018 from PowerArchiver 2018 Toolbox to streamline the install to have smaller footprint [i.e. 10 MB vs 150 MB]. i.e. REMOVE FTP Pro, Backup Pro, and Burner Pro; and create an installer, and portable version that only has the PowerArchiver 2018 functions and not the rest of the toolbox.

For Portable Version Installation:
Options->Configuration->Folders->
Locations should default to folders in the portable installation directory on the portable device;
not to folders on the C: drive [i.e. C:\Users\\..].

Portable installation should not make any entries in the registry.
The portable intaller made the following entries:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PowerArchiverInt
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PowerArchiverPortable
However the entries were mimimal, as most of the settings are really stored in the file.reg
